Someone on our consignment team will give you a short reminder of our consignment policies listed on our website, and will then look through your items piece by piece.

When items are accepted, we will give you a brief paper form to complete, listing the selected items individually, along with your desired selling price. Once completed and approved by a LOVED AGAIN team member, we will have you sign and date your form along with your contact information. This form is used to keep a physical contract of your items kept with us and what their selling price is.

The team member helping you during your appointment will proceed to hand tag* and input each item into your own file within our digital inventory system, and finally display each item for sale that same day.

*Each consignment piece is individually numbered and initialed on it’s price tag to maintain organization and accurate tracking throughout our shop. The care and security of your items is always our top priority.

When an item sells, the consignor will receive 40% of the selling price for that specific item. A check will be prepared and ready for pick-up, along with whatever items have not sold, by the end of the 30 day period.

If the consignor prefers, they may also opt for 60% of their sold amount in store credit instead.

we ask that you please limit your consignment inquiries to 25 pieces per visit.

We accept clothing, shoes, and accessories that are clean, new or gently worn, and in overall great condition. That means no stains or scents, intense creases, wrinkles, rumples, or crumples! Remember, you may not smell your own perfume on your clothing, but we can! Save yourself and our experts the time by washing or dry cleaning your items beforehand. In the instance where we love an item so much but it does not meet our consignment standards, we will kindly suggest for you to come back with your item once it is freshly laundered and ready to wear by someone new.
